Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WIMNE (A Product by Tekents), operated by Tekents Innovation (OPC) Private Limited, a One Person Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered in India. By creating an account or using WIMNE, you agree to them. If you are using WIMNE on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf as well as your own.

WIMNE offers a free Individual plan and a paid Business plan for teams. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Business plan subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, charged immediately on upgrade, and renew automatically until canceled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, billing enquiries, and applicable sales tax or VAT. We don't store your full card number.

Cancel anytime from Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full Business access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then the organization switches to read-only rather than losing data. Because access continues through the period you've already paid for, we don't automatically refund it when you cancel; if you were charged in error or have another billing issue, email info@tekents.com and we'll review it. If a renewal payment fails and can't be collected after retries, the subscription moves to the same read-only state as a cancellation.

Prices are shown before you subscribe. Price changes apply to future billing periods only, with notice beforehand, and never change what you've already been charged.

You own the conference, budget, sponsorship, travel, and lead data your organization enters into WIMNE. We use it only to operate the product for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to hold and process any lead or contact data you import, and for using it consistent with whatever you told those individuals when you collected it.

Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or organization's data, probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without permission, or disrupt WIMNE's availability. API keys and webhook secrets are yours to keep confidential, and don't use the API to scrape or re-publish the conference catalog at scale.

When suggesting or correcting a conference, submit accurate, good-faith information; don't submit fake, duplicate, or promotional listings. Don't use notes, tasks, or any free-text field in WIMNE to store or share illegal, infringing, or harassing content, and don't use AI features to generate content intended to deceive or misrepresent who authored it.

We may warn, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these terms, proportionate to the issue, and without prior warning for serious or repeated violations.

Features like talk pitch generation and conference recommendations are produced by AI and may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them. What data feeds these features is described in our Privacy Policy.

Features that connect to Google, Microsoft, Slack, Linear, Luma, HubSpot, and Salesforce rely on those providers being available and on credentials you supply. We're not responsible for outages or changes on their end.

WIMNE is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the conference catalog accurate and the product reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our security practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of WIMNE will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
