Cookie Policy

WIMNE uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. That's it. We don't run advertising, and we don't use third-party tracking or analytics cookies that follow you across other sites.

Session cookie (essential): issued when you sign in, so you stay authenticated as you move between pages. It's removed when you sign out or it expires.

Theme preference (functional): remembers whether you last chose light or dark mode.

CSRF/state cookies (essential): short-lived cookies used during sign-in and OAuth (Google, Microsoft, GitHub) to confirm a request actually came from your browser.

We use PostHog to understand which features get used, so we know what to improve. It records page views and in-app actions against a pseudonymous identifier. It is not advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't sell or share the data with advertisers.

These cookies are off until you allow them. When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose, and analytics stays disabled unless you pick "Allow analytics". Choosing "Essential only" is remembered, and nothing is sent to PostHog.

Separately, we use Sentry to capture errors so we can fix crashes. It sets no cookies, and we configure it to strip personal details from the reports it sends.

If you connect a third-party service (Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Linear, Luma, HubSpot, Salesforce), that provider's own sign-in flow may set its own cookies during the connection step. Those are governed by that provider's policy, not this one.

Analytics cookies are optional and off by default. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the banner will ask again on your next visit.

The sign-in cookies are essential, so blocking those will stop WIMNE from working. Clearing them at any time from your browser settings simply signs you out.
